I've a midsize hotel where I charge different room rates as per facility categorisation. All the rooms are below 7500. Only once we've charged 8000 in peak season due to high demand.
Now GST officers are saying that once you charge above 7500 you'll continue to charge throughout the year with the same rate.
Now my question is can I charge taxes as per what I am charging from a customer from season to season (like if I offer below 7500 from Apr-Oct and above 7500 till March, then can I charge below 7500 for the first period and above 7500 tax rate for the later.
