gst rate on hiring of motor vehicle
what rate will be applicable for hiring motor vehicle to an employer for transportation if it's workers

GST on transportation is 18%. It is grey area if motor vehicle is provided by company to its employee and its over and above GST whether GST will be applicable or not? Gifts up to 50k are exempted but definition of gift is not clear.

Renting of motor vehicle @ 5% GST NO ITC
