what is the rate of gst in case of GTA service.
if it's to paid under reverse charge?
is it eligible for ITC

5% without ITC and 12% with ITC

Agree with CA Mithilesh. G sir.
GTA charge 5% the Recepient is liable to do RCM ,. RCM has to be done @ 5%

If GTA charged 12% then Recepient can take ITC for the same & no need to do RCM

but I need one clarification
if we pay gst 5% on reverse charge basis.
can receipent of service take credit of gst paid on reverse charge @ 5%???
