Unbranded Bankers GST @ 5%

Notification no. 34/207- central tax (Rate) New Delhi dated 13th Oct 2017 Issued By Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)In the said Notification (A) In Schedule 1 (IV) after serial no. 101A HSN CODE NO. 210690 (NAMKEENS) Goods sold under the Invoice bear unregistered brand names & I/We hereby voluntarily forego Any Actionable Claim or Enforceable right in respect of such Brand names – Supply made now Under GST chargeable to 5 % Tax” (2.5% CGST + 2.5 % SGST) on actual sale {file no. 354/117/2017-TRU(Pt.III)}
