GST RATE FOR INVERTER UPS BATTERY

GST rate of all the batteries is 28% .... except lithium ion batteries... which is 18%

Could anyone please tell me the gst rate on battery scrap urgently?

HSN Code 8504 - GST rate is 5%

Kindly Clarify GST Rate for Inverter battery purchased on 08.04.2021.It is 18% or 28%.
