Press release and also finance ministry tweet on 18/07/2017 says GST rate for hotel accommodation will be charged at 18% where delclare tarriff per room is less than 7500 including 5star hotels and for above 7500 it will be charhed at 28%.
where as according to my knowledge its have different slabs of GST as under
Less than Rs.1000 GST is nill
from 1000 to Rs.2500 GST is 12 %
From 2500 to 7500 GST is 18%
and above Rs.7500 GST is 28%
so, please help me to clear my confussion
