Whats is GST Rate and HSN Code for Wire Cutting Job Work? Whether 18% or 12℅? Could not find in any App.

Refer amended notification 11/2017 cgst rate notification
Ok. will Refer it... There was Amendment notification in 2019 for Reducing rate of Engineering Related services from 18℅ to 12%..Notification No.- 20/2019-CT (R) Dated: 30 Sep 2019...Whether it will apply to this wire cut jobwork or not?
If job-worker & the principal are registered under GST. Applicable GST rate for such Job-work is 12%.
Else the rate will 18% (Jobwork service to unregistered person)
