GST R9 after due date

can we file GST R 9 after due date if the same is not filled till date Is portal will be allowed to file GST R9 after due date with late fees

If we are filed the GSTR 9 return after the due date then Late Fee is applicable Rs 200/- per day (CGST Rs 100 and SGST Rs.100)
