My Client a chhattisgarh resident handicrafts artisan, to go occasionally other state 4 exhibition cum sale. Can apply as composition dealer ?. Plz reply !

No you can't apply composition dealer because a composition dealer buy a product from other state but can't sale his product & servises to other state
