Gst query

My name as per PAN Card matches with Aadhar Card. When I go for GST Migration, Legal trade name gets automatically updated (Name includes Father’s name). Moreover, spelling of the name as per Income Tax profile is also different from name in PAN Card. Because of the above, validation error occurs and since I have already issued bills with old GSTIN, I cannot surrender old GSTIN and apply for fresh registration. Please guide.
