The assessee is a proprietorship under firm GST registration
so now he can add a person of member in firm to continue in partnership. Now what can I do to new registration ya otherwise added under colomn to create this GST number. pls give me correct advice to solve my issue.

If you want to conduct partnership business in the state of Maharashtra you need to register partnership firm, with registrar and make a pan card of firm open an account in name of firm and make a new registration in the name of the firm

cancle old gst number nd take new gst number with partnership firm pan
ok I open to create a new registration but the old registration maintain books of account or now gstr2 pending for all GST period how to calculate input tax credit and which the affect on balance sheet required or may not fulfill all type of returns. it's easy to say new registration but at the point it's huge risk of data
There is option all liabilities & input can be transferred to new partnership firm
while cancellation of Ur proporietiry firm u can transfer stock to partnership by selecting the GSTN of partnership firm in the cancellation process. & if any ITC is to be transfer from proprietor to partnership u can file Form ITC 02

ITC is not available in restaurant business as the rate was reduced upto 5% during 23rd council meeting of GST
