Explain me how to register as a Gst practitioner, whether any exams are conducted if conducted when will be the exams and if not written when again we have to write and brief the procedure

As per Rule 83 & 83A of CGST Act ,the exams are held twice in year .
who has enrolled as STP/TRP is required to pass the examination within 30month from appointed date (1/7/17)
For Registration, need to file application in form PCT 01 online on Portal .
