18 % forward charge in case if CAs and for advocate and consultant Reverse chage will be paid by client under section 9 [3]

if the person is CA so there is no RCM but in case others so RCM is applicable what will be the RATE ???

so If I m getting GST Practitioner so I will not file Return or we have to file under RCM basis?

if Advocate no need to register...but if CA then after crossing of 20 lacs fees..needs to register and file return
