we are also facing the same, since morning i am trying to login but we are neither able to login or pay the challan of previously
submitted returns. the government should extend time or do something to upgrade their servers

i am not able to file GSTR3B as when after submitting the data the site shows that there is no authorised signatory to verify the return with evc/dsc, but as you all may know that gstin no is not alloted with filling details of authorised signatory i have approached the local juridictional officer they said that they can't help with issue same is with gst helpdesk .please provide any solution is somebody also facing the same issue please share.

Go in ammendment of non core -fields & select authorised signatory & submit the application.
