Gst officer leivied 200%penalty for transport of goods without bill.Any solution for reduction of penalty amount

If you have strong proof for non levy of penalty then you can apply for appeal under GST APL 01 to Appellate Authority

Ok in case if customer want to pay penalty can it be paid online as he not having gst number and when will be vehicle released after payment of penalty

Yes customer can pay penalty as per order and after payment vehicle can be released

If Customer will pay the penalty then collect amount from customer and pay it.

You should contact with your nearest gst jurisdiction office
