Validation error: PAN details are not matching with income tax database or CIN/DIN not matching with MCA database or AADHAAR not matching with aadhaar database. Email sent with details of error. Please rectify and Re-submit from on portal.

You have to check your email where they will clearly state the errors that are found. You need to verify that you've entered the correct PAN/CIN/DIN/Aadhar No. and then proceed with filling the form.

Yes sir mismatch in Name of PAN and AADHAAR, in PAN "Velladurai Marimuthu" and in AADHAAR "Marimuthu"
You need to first goto UID centre or Apply to pan correction, any of them you need to correct, thereafter you can link the same.
In that case there is mismatch in name.
Either you keep your name as "VELLADURAI MARIMUTHU" OR "MARIMUTHU"
It's your decision.
Accordingly you have one name in both the documents on AADHAAR as well as PAN.
And then re-apply accordingly for GST PCT-01
