4. Contact GST Helpdesk: If the payment has not been updated in your GST cash ledger after a reasonable amount of time and you have confirmed the payment details and UTR, it is advisable to contact the GST helpdesk. They can assist you in resolving the issue and provide guidance on the necessary steps to take.
