GST payable on Market fee or not
Market fee levied by State Govt. on Agriculture produce like wood and also On Forest timber. Now query is the GST payable on Market fee which paid to State Govt. on above mentioned items or not.

Can you please elaborate what exactly is market fees here. Is it the price of the agriculture produce or is it some extra charges collected by government or is it some sought of duty/tax levied by government.
If it is tax/duty then yes it will be subject to GST as per section 15(2)(a)
