I paid the gst by bank, but it is wrongly paid in igst head instead in
cgst sgst head.
Sir whether any solution is available?

You need to make payment again for CGST and SGST and take refund of IGST.
There is a form called PMT-09 which helps to shift the balance form IGST to Cgst and SGST, However the form has not been released yet, so only solution is to make correct payment and take refund of IGST.

As per Notification 1/2020 CT, the PMT 09 form has been Notified & effective from 1/1/2020.
lBy filing the PMT 09 , you can rectified such mistake & can transfer your tax paid IGST to CGST/SGST or vice Versa.....But as usual the utility is effective but not available on portal till date .
So either you can wait or deposit the tax in right head & file your return & claim refund for wrongly deposited .
