Dear sir please tell us what is tge right way of gst output claiming under gst on sub- contract work
is gst rate 12% or 18% for sub-contractor
we are very confused about that

Output GST @ 18% is Good to adjustment with ITC .
If output GST @ 12% chooses then in there some restrictions to adjustment with ITC.
