Can I take ITC on Purchase coffee powder for Office use

No... ITC not available for the purchase of Coffee powder for using in office...

Yes, You can take ITC on purchase of coffee powder for office use . As per sec 17(5) ITC is not available on supply of food and beverages . coffee powder is neither food nor beverages.It is grocery.
