1) I have hired local painters for wall painting of newly constructed factory. The painters are not registered under GST. Do i need to charge GST under RCM ? If so, at what percentage ?
2) I have hired a Auto-ricksaw for carrying my 6 employees To & Fro basis. Do i need to pay any GST under RCM ? Ricksaw owner is URD.
