Gst on vehicle
I had purchased two wheeler vehicle for my business use purpose can I take input gst on such vehicle. can I avail itc on vehicle.

NO AS PER 17(5) OF CGST ACT 2017, ITC SHALL NOT AVAILABLE ON MOTOR VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONS HAVING APPROVED SEATING CAPACITY OF NOT MORE THAN 13 PERSONS ( INCLUDING DRIVER). HENCE ITC ON 2 WHEELER IS NOT AVAILABLE.
