GST ON TRANSPORTER INVOICE
We are manufacturer and sold our product to registered person. On tax invoice we chaege gst on freight as well as goods. We hired a 24 feet lorry to deliver goods.Now we receive transporter invoice name to our co. is gst on reverse charge is appicable on it?

The Transporter is GTA then RCM applicable...
He is Other than GTA then RCM not applicable...

pl tell other then gta ?
Other than GTA means who can't give "CONSIGNMENT NOTE" and Local or our nearest transporter who have one or more vehicle...
