Can we charge GST on Toll Tax, Parking and State Tax of a cab booking from a corporate .
For eg.
If a taxi hire bill is of Rs 5000 and Rs 500 is toll and Parking then Gst will be applicable on 5000 or 5500, Please suggest .

As the Toll Tax is Nil rated , but As per AAR judgement by West Bengal AAR in the matter involving applicant Premier Vigilance & Security Pvt Ltd, The GST is to. be charge on 5500/-
