Invoice to be raised under commission with GST 18%
Food service provider will raise bill to customer by charging GST 5% & swiggy or other E-commerce will charge commission by charging 18% to Food provider
Totally agree with pankaj sir.👍👍

Thank you Pankaj ji.

Can assessee claim ITC on purchases and TCS deducted by e-commerce operator, against such sales through e-commerce operators in this case? Do he need to generate sale bills for each sale transaction or one bill can be generated for all the daily transactions?

yes,...... only on  TCS deducted by e-operator ,..you can claim credit in cash ledger.

On purchases U can't claim ITC as per notification 46/2017 ct (r)

As per proviso in rule 46 , read with section 31 (3)(b) : a consolidated invoice can issue for all such supplies subject to following condition :

1. If the Recipient is URD

2.The Recipient does not require invoice

3. Value of Invocie is less than 200/-

agree with Pankaj
