Is GST apply on business of slaughtering of chicken? Is registration is compulsory?

Is it Frozen and packed chicken with registered brand name ?.
No, it is just a local slautering shop
Fresh Chicken meat ( Other than frozan and put up in a unit container) is exempt from GST . Vide notification 2/2017 CT rate date 28/6/2017 , please confirm from notification.
