please let me know what is gst rate on

1. construction on single residential house
2. Sale of Single Residential house

please tell us.

For construction of residence house, gst rate is 12%

1 & 2 : If sale after get completion certificate then Gst is exempted... In between the construction then GST applicable @ 12%

Now gst is 5% before 1-3-2019 is 12% if u r paid for construction in January 2019 then 12% is calculated upto 28th February 2019 & if u paid in 2nd payment from 1st March 2019, 5% is calculated.. it's completely based on my knowledge
