Will IGST be levied if a person supplies goods to an SEZ for the month of December?
If YES then when can i claim ITC on the goods supplied:
1. when filing GSTR-3B or
2. when filing GSTR-1

NO IGST LEVIED ON SEZ SUPPLY. BUT IF LEVIED U CAN TAKE REFUND AFTER FILING 3B.
but first i have paid igst in 3b and when i can take and how can take refund
