kindly update any change come into effect on 27.01.2017 on rate of gst on sea freight of export shipment from 5% to 0%

yes the same have been implemented..by shipping line and airline too in case of export shipment
For both exports and Imports. Is it correct?
for exports only
and for imports already nil in case of air import
