i am purchasing aluminium scrap from URD no gst
when i sell i will collect gst 18 % and i will pay to govt through returns

is it reverse charge appicable to my purchase.. i am registered person

9(3) RCM applicable on specified services
9(4) applicable on purchase from unregistered person but it is not in force till now...
