GST ON SALE OF PROPRIETORSHIP
If a proprietor who dont have a gst no. who wants to sells all its assets to a company, whether gst on rcm is to be paid by a company or not???

RCM u/s. 9(4) has been deferred till 30.06.2018, so not liable...
But check the total turnover of the proprietor, probably exceeding 20 lakhs!!!
