GST on sale of land
A party enter into agreement to sell a piece of land. Advance paid on date of such agreement. After 6 months sale deed to be executed and balance to be paid. However, deed will be executed in the name of buyer or his wife (at the option of the buyer). GST is not applicable on sale of land, but is GST applicable on the right which the buyer transferred to his wife?

SINCE LAND IS NOT WITHIN THE PURVIEW OF EITHER 'GOODS' OR 'SERVICES' IT I S NOT TAXABLE UNDER GST
No sale of land will not attract gst
