GST rate for Fried gram/ Bengal gram is 18%.
thank you for the information but I have seen the recent receipt dated 1.7.2017 of reliance fresh Mumbai of fried gram their hsn code written is 0713 and they took tax of 5% since it was branded(packed).

Now tax rate was revised to 5% on fried gram.
Such as namkeen comes in mixtures categories which comes under 12% GST rate,just like that roasted channa is also come under the 12% GST rate
