Quick Summary
Restaurants serving alcohol alongside food often face confusion regarding GST. Currently, alcohol for human consumption is outside the purview of GST and is subject to VAT. Therefore, it should be billed separately from food. Restaurant services that include alcohol are typically taxed at 5% without the ability to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
You need raise separate bill for alcohol & food. As per Section 9 the alcohol for human consumption is not in purview of GST. It's non GST supply & As per Notification 20/2019 CT rate supply of Resturant Services it is 5% GST without ITC.
