GST on residential Flat.

I have residential property on joint name ,and given on rent to the company for its employees accommodation purpose. And thereby company is deducted TDS on the rent paid to me.
Is there any liability to raise the bill of rent recieved???
And whether it is attracting GST ??
and if is than what is the rate of GST??

No gst om residential property... And ur turnover upto 20 lakh then no liability
if rent recieved is less than 20 lakhs no need of gst registration if rent recd is more than 20 lakhs you will come under gst and will have to issue tax invoice
what if the same assessee had commercial renting property and they are charging GST on that ???
Threshold limit 20 lakh... After that u hv to take gst no
services by way of renting of residential dwelling for residential purpose is exempt

but logically in your case u r providing a renting services to a commercial organisation which is using your residential property for its employees ie for its business this means ur property is used for commercial things

however limit of rs 20 lakh is applicable
