hello experts one equipment is send for repair outside india which is repair in foreign country so gst is liable or not or it is under rcm as per my opinion it's a rcm case

GST is not applicable under RCM, since repair service is happening outside India for which place of supply is outside India.
Here there is no RCM applicability because there is no changes done in section 9(4) it's still suspended
RCM is not applicable but section mentioned above is not correct, since liability of GST has to be checled under IGST Act as it is related to import of services.
so gst payable or not on this repair service
not applicable, since place of supply is outside India (repair happening outside India)
It is not RCM case, place of supply of repair services is outside India. Therefore No GST liability in India.
