I've rented my premises and I've been paying Service Tax @ 18% till now. Now my tenant is asking me to put HSN/SAC of the service provided under GST so, what is the SAC for renting of immovable property, I need to enter the details in the debit note which I submit every month

100 plus CGST 9% Plus SGST 9% = 118
I have given my factory premises on rent @ 50000 per month.this is only rental income source. is this attracts gst
