Yes without GST levy, i.e. TDS to be deducted on rental amount

We have rented a office space at Mumbai. We registrered under Regular Scheme in Tamilnadu. My boys will frequently visit Mumbai and cater the needs of our customer from the space and return.
I am not registered in Maharashtra.
Now the landlord, an individual, has sent invoice.
Since it is interstate, I hope it not possible to do RCM, or otherwise how to proceed?
I charge CGST &SGST of Mahashtra and later I may not take credit of the same -Is that correct?
