GST on Rent from multiple commercial properties

Sirs,

I am receiving rents for two commercial properties and the aggregate rent crosses Rs 20.0 lakhs per annum, Should I collect GST from both the tenants and remit it to Govt? Rent from individual tenants do not Cross Rs 20.0 lakh per annum.

Quick Summary
If you receive rent from multiple commercial properties and the total annual rent exceeds Rs 20.0 lakhs, you are likely required to register for GST. Even if the rent from each individual property is below the threshold, the aggregate income determines your GST obligations. You will need to collect GST from your tenants and remit it to the government.

Are you registered under GST ?.
You need to get registered and charge gst from your tenants and pay the same to the government
