I am receiving rents for two commercial properties and the aggregate rent crosses Rs 20.0 lakhs per annum, Should I collect GST from both the tenants and remit it to Govt? Rent from individual tenants do not Cross Rs 20.0 lakh per annum.

You need to get registered and charge gst from your tenants and pay the same to the government
