if i pay rent of my commercial property then shuld i get input tax benifits in GST3B.

If you are using property for business purpose and paid GST on rent you can avail input credit. Please provide your GST no to owner of property.

no, tiil date there is no norms
But if i pay 60k rent montlhy and hvng no bill then can i use the tax amt in credit input
if the vendor claim the gst amount to you u avil the credit .
if the vendor not claim GST you pay under rcm to take back credit
in GST rules is matching concept only then not worrry abt invoice
