Is GST applicable on rebate and discounts??

Yes if it can tag against the Invoice & the Agreement is made for the same before supply. ( Refer Section 15, Circular 92/11/2019 GST)
In case a company is into business of GST Exempt services and offers a cash discount on prompt payment, is there any GST implication on that Cash discount?
