Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable to ready-to-move flats. According to a press release from December 2018, GST is not levied on the sale of completed properties or flats once a completion certificate has been issued by the relevant authority. Builders may request proof of this to avoid charging GST.
