I have bought property in July 2017. Property is completed more than 95℅ before 1st July.
will it attract GST and will I get any benefit under GST as property is almost complete before 1st July but Cc is not obtained yet.

GST is applicable over under construction property at 12%.
The property is defined as under construction property, till full or part of Completion Certiciate is obtained for the property.
In your case negotiate with the builder for any solution......... othewise 12% additional cost over full payment !!!
