one of my friend have 2 teucks. and he gives them on hire to transport agencies . then what is the GST compliance he have to fulfill. and how he generator invoice and what is GST rate applicable for it

“Services by way of giving on hire – (a) to a state transport undertaking, a motor vehicle meant to carry more than twelve passengers; or (b) to a goods transport agency, a means of transportation of goods.”
