Gst on packaging of dalia maida

i have filled application in trade mark registration but upto now its not registered in trade mark...i am packaging dalia maida and have company but upto april 20 i have paid 5 percent gst saying that our trade mark is registered but when i come to know that my trade mark is under process then shall my product is exempt from tax or not

If your trademark is not registered then item will attract Nil rate.
