If we purchased old machinery and furniture from a registered service provider(Business already stopped) under GST is liable to GST payment.

From your query, I understand you are purchasing old Machinery and Furniture from a business which is closing down.
if the supplier is registered under GST, then GST has to be charged and you can avail input credit of same.
