If both are different gstin then You can charge GST for the work.

hi sir,
a registered person supplies man power to industry for a month or agreed period. he issues a invoice for the same both are registered under GST. he issues invoices as below.

salary per person per month xxxx
+esi. xxxx
+pf. xxxx
+service charge xxxx
on the total amount he charges GST.

my question is? is this a right way to issue a invoice? or can he issue Invoice only for his service charge?

salary +esi+pf are paid to the person (manpower agency) supplies man power.

please explain with the applicable GST sections in this regards. It will help to all people.
