One of my client want to take a GST registration working as ICDS supervisor in a Panchayat. The purpose is TDS were deducted from the suppliers whose total sales turnover exceeds 2.5 lakhs. Normally they are taking GST registration in the name of TAN of the Panchayat secretary. But the bills are billed in the name of ICDS supervisors.
They need GST registration in the name of ICDS supervisors with the TAN of Panchayat secretary.
Is this is possible. If yes what are the documents to be collected for registration purpose
