Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods and Services Tax (GST) obligations for advocates who also file income tax returns. It confirms that services provided by advocates are generally subject to the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM). This means they are typically exempt from GST registration and payment, with the responsibility falling on the recipient of the service.

Yes, advocate service is under RCM.

They are not liable to registration also.

Advocate services are liable under RCM basis.
Advocate services are liable to Rcm
