A client of mine who is an Advocate by qualification also efiles Income Tax Returns. Would he be exempt from Registration and payment of GST based on the General exemption given to Legal Services

Yes, advocate service is under RCM.
They are not liable to registration also.
Advocate services are liable under RCM basis.
